What To Include

- Your Chartz Pro version.

- Whether you were using local Qwen or a cloud provider.
Never send an AI-provider API key or copyrighted sheet music by email.
Importing Sheet Music
Open Library and choose the import icon, or open Import directly. Import Sheet Music accepts selected PDFs, ordinary zip archives, and Chartz packages. Import Folder accepts a nested folder tree. App Content backups are restored from Settings, not from Import.
AI Analysis
Qwen runs locally after its model and vision projector are downloaded. Gemini, OpenAI, and OpenRouter use your own provider API key and send requests directly to that provider. Choose Skip AI if you want to send the imported pages straight to the Review Queue.
Review And Library
The Review Queue keeps uncertain pages out of the playable Library until you confirm their metadata. Chartz organizes accepted music as Songs, Arrangements, and instrument-specific Parts. Library search and filters include titles, composers, instruments, tags, written keys, and score types.
Setlists And Player Views
A Setlist owns one shared running order. Each Player View is an independent playable view for a musician or instrument. Select the exact Part—or a blank page—for every item in each Player View, then choose Open to enter the performance viewer.
Sharing And Backups
Set the Share name from Share or Settings. Nearby transfers work while receiving is on and both Chartz apps are open. The device share menu can also export all music and Setlists, selected Setlists with every Player View, or only selected music. Settings contains the separate App Content export, restore, cache, key, and delete controls.
Privacy
Read the Chartz Pro Privacy Policy for details about local storage, optional cloud AI analysis, nearby sharing, permissions, and deletion.
